MaxErect is a product of Info Health. The MaxErect text message program is operated by Info Health; every message is sent by Info Health on behalf of the MaxErect brand.
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Messaging Terms") govern the MaxErect text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms.
Program Description
MaxErect offers a text messaging program that sends recurring automated promotional messages to customers who have opted in — special offers, discounts, and reminders if you leave an unfinished checkout. This is a marketing-only program: order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, account notifications and customer-care replies are not sent by text message, only by email.
How You Opt In (Consent)
You opt in to the Program on this website, by typing your mobile phone number into the SMS opt-in form on our home page and ticking the consent checkbox, which is not pre-checked. The form also offers a "No thanks" option, and leaving the consent box unchecked means you are not enrolled. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
Opt Out
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also email contact@joinmaxerect.com to be removed.

Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. MaxErect does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
